Overview
As winter unfolds in the mountains, the Bitterroot Blaze give you an excuse to enjoy the changing season. Their Spring league begins in mid-April and will carry you through to the beginning of June.
The residents of the Bitterroot Valley have embraced the Blaze since their formation in 2006. As a member of the Rocky Mountain Football League, which encompasses Montana, Idaho, and Utah, the Blaze have experienced semi-pro AAA calliber play. In 2007 they proved themselves a worthy team by winning the league championship.
The Bitterroot Blaze football team consists of past college and semi-pro athletes ages 18-40. This dynamic array of athletes leads to competitive yet spirited play that creates comradery both on and off the field for players and fans alike. Don't miss the game against rivals, the Missoula Phoenix, as both teams compete for a years worth of bragging rights.
Location/Directions
Corvallis is roughly 45 miles south of Missoula off US-93 S. Home games are played at the two following locations. Away locations can be found on the Bittrroot Blaze website.
